Refund Policy

Refunds depend on where you paid.

App Store (iPhone)

Apple handles payments and refunds for purchases made in the app. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue App Store refunds ourselves.

Google Play (Android)

Google handles payments and refunds for purchases made in the app. See Google Play’s refund help. Within 48 hours of purchase you can usually request one directly from Google Play.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Free trials that you cancel before they end are not charged.

Prepaid passes (Nepal, bhojan.spatialojas.com)

[LEGAL REVIEW] Passes paid with eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay are prepaid and don’t renew. If you were charged but your pass didn’t activate, or you were charged twice, email support@spatialojas.com within [14] days and we will activate the pass or refund the duplicate payment.
